A B-grade chopper with a long fork on a normal frame.

The setup is a bit hardcore with a longer fork and no front brakes, but knowledge and words don’t matter.

The owner rides this vehicle doing wheelies, tight squeezes at high speeds, and covers a lot of distance.

Once you get used to it, it’s quite easy to ride.

The bent engine and oil circulation were of concern, but there are no problems.

【Front Fork Area】

◯ The front fork tube is a custom-made 30-inch (about 75 cm) over, made specifically for American chopper forks. It’s a seamless single piece. (Custom orders for specific lengths are possible. Delivery time is 2-3 months)

“2%er Tweak Bar (front stabilizer) [SR 400/500]“

◯ Due to this length, the yawing is tight, so a stabilizer is installed in a double configuration.

【Front Wheel】

◯A front wheel that has been modified and reused from a 19-inch Suzuki. It’s a vintage seven-star imitation.

【Headlight】

◯ “Dixie Corner Light” (discontinued). The light stay is directly attached to the frame. It was custom-made with sheet metal.

【Muffler】

〇A one-off made using a convenient kit for the base mouthpiece. A three-tail fish tail muffler with a full-blown grotesque feel.

【Step】

Mid-High Step Kit Chrome for SR400/500

〇This step kit is essential for 2%ER’s custom, which makes for a cool riding posture and a position that is extremely less tiring.

【Seat】

◯The high-back seat in white leather is one-of-a-kind. The surface features a stitching pattern often seen in the 70s. A frame for the backrest is built into the interior, allowing you to fully lean back and making long-distance cruising significantly easier.

【Electrical Equipment】

◯ Under the seat is an “Oil Tank Type Electrical Case” (discontinued). We launched it because there were no parts of this kind that would suit a chopper.

〇A wide-range turn signal relay that can be used without any problems with LED turn signals, supporting 1-150 watts. It can also be used as a repro for the original relay.

【Gasoline Tank Installation】

“Sportster Tank”

◯We add mounting stays to the frame side by welding, and securely and safely install it with four-point rubber mounts.

〇Drill a hole in the gasoline tank body and insert and weld it. It’s non-penetrating, so it won’t leak. Used on both left and right.

〇Enlarge the hole diameter and change to rubber mount specification to hold the non-penetrating nut. Used on both left and right.
